On March 23, 2016, Health Canada recalled certain lots of this product because it was found to be contaminated with dimethyl carbodenafil, an analog to the prescription erectile dysfunction drug sildenafil (Viagra), and dapoxetine, a drug ingredient that may cause adverse effects such as seizures (91157). Advise patients not to take this product.
