Acupuncture Together is offering free acupuncture sessions to first-time patients. In addition, treatment is offered on a sliding pay scale in order to make acupuncture affordable for everyone and to allow visits to be as frequent as necessary to achieve the best possible results.
Acupuncture Together is a member of the Community Acupuncture Network, a nonprofit organization of practitioners, patients and supporters who aim to make acupuncture more affordable and accessible.
The facility offers community acupuncture, in which patients receive treatment in groups. The practitioners specialize in a distal treatment style of acupuncture that allows patients to remain dressed and seated in chairs during treatments. They mainly use points from the elbows to the fingers, knees to the toes and face and scalp.
Acupuncture together allows patients to determine their treatment time. Most people relax with their needles for 30-60 minutes, but individuals are welcome to stay as long as they like as room is available.
