International Conference on Medicinal Plants
The International Conference on Medical Plants (ICMP) 2012 will take place October 11-13, 2012 in Purwokerto, Indonesia.
Celebrating the 49th Jenderal Soedirman University anniversary, the faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, in conjunction with the 43rd meeting of Pokjanas TOI (National Forum of Indonesian Herbal Medicine), will hold the International Conference under the theme of "Scientification of Jamu (Traditional Indonesia medicine) Toward Formal Medication."
The conference will help those in academia, healthcare professionals, researchers, policy makers and students understand the scientification of Jamu. Important issues about traditional medicine in Indonesia and other countries that have applied the combination of traditional and modern medicine in their healthcare setting will be explored and discussed.
