Monograph Update: Flaxseed Oil Improves Carpal Tunnel

A clinical trial shows that applying flaxseed oil 5 drops to the wrist twice daily for 4 weeks significantly improves carpal tunnel symptoms by 30% and wrist function by 17% in people with carpal tunnel syndrome who wear a wrist splint at night.
